About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking an Associate Buyer, Lifestyles to join our Merchandising team in Bethesda, MD. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with internal and external business partners while supporting multiple departments to help achieve business results. You will assist with project tracking, reporting, item analysis, and assortment maintenance across the Lifestyle categories. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and interested in developing merchandising and buying experience within the "& More" business. You will report to the Senior Manager, Lifestyles.

You will

• Support the Sr. Manager in executing category strategies for glassware, barware, and alcohol-related gifts and accessories while maintaining assortment and item setup accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding new products, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to support timely launches and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute weekly selling reports and performance summaries to support business decisions and identify trends.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional projects and sales-driving initiatives to help ensure deadlines, deliverables, and business objectives are met.
• Partner with internal teams, including Digital and Supply Chain, to maintain accurate product content, system data, and a strong customer experience.

You will come with

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 0–1+ years of merchandising, retail, buying, or related experience
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining spreadsheets and basic reporting
• Interest in merchandising, product assortment, and retail operations
