We offer a wide range of benefit offerings that are crafted to ensure our team can balance the demands of the job with the rest of their lives.

We offer a comprehensive benefit package crafted to help you thrive today while preparing for tomorrow. Choices include core benefits, such as medical and dental coverage, and voluntary benefits, such as accident and critical illness.
Eligibility will be disclosed in your offer letter and/or during the onboarding process. Typically benefits are eligible the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment. Disability insurance is effective on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment unless otherwise stated.
Yes, part-time employees who work an average of 30 hours or more a week may become eligible for benefits. Just one way we look to support our team members. Other part-time and temporary employees are not eligible for benefits.
Health insurance plans may vary based on location of residence, but all eligible employees will have a choice of at least two national plans to select the right coverage for themselves and their family, as needed.
Yes, we offer two dental and vision plans with Delta Dental and Eyemed, respectively.
Both! Depending on the medical plan enrolled, you may choose to enroll in available Health Savings and/or Flexible Spending Accounts. These options offer team members a valuable tax savings resource.
Yes! We offer an Employee Assistance Program to provide team members with the support and balance they need. You may use this service for an approved number of visits with a licensed mental health provider or for support during life events such as grief counseling, loss, trauma, depression, addiction and more.
We provide opportunities for employees to earn company contributions into their Health Savings Account, as well as participate in the OnePass gym subsidy program.
We provide eligibility to the 401(k) program on your date of hire to help team members plan for their future! This is a great way to jumpstart your retirement savings. We also match 50% of your contribution, up to a maximum company match of 3%. Matching contributions begin after six months of employment. Note, there is a vesting schedule to retain the match.
Team members may be eligible for incentives and/or bonuses based on position. This will be disclosed in your offer letter. In addition, we have excellent education programs, product education and curriculum, and a generous employee discount.
Newly hired eligible employees will receive Paid Time Off (PTO) per year. PTO eligibility is position dependent and will be disclosed in the offer letter. Some states and municipalities have mandated time off benefits, and where applicable, will also be disclosed and provided to eligible team members.
Paid time off for holidays is determined by position. Roles that are customer facing will have a different program than our corporate office.

Yes! Generous Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance programs are offered to eligible team members to help team members balance their personal lives.

Employees based at our corporate headquarters, known as the Store Support Center (SSC), are expected to work in the office five days a week. Working in office provides opportunities for collaboration enhancing innovation and entrepreneurship.
Yes! We provide up to $5,250 annually in tuition reimbursement for eligible coursework. Prior approval is needed before seeking reimbursement through the program.

Since opening out first store in 1991, we have been pouring into our communities in which we work and live. We strive to be a responsible corporate citizen, an engaged leader in the community, and a trusted partner for our customers’ needs in enhancing their life events.
We are striving for a better tomorrow by supporting registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits in our communities with their fundraising efforts by making in-kind donations for auctions, offering discounts on our products and sponsorship of charity galas and community festivals hosted by event production companies, nonprofits, chambers of commerce, civic groups, etc. In 2024, we donated over $13,000,000 in-kind and monetary donations to 18,000+ organizations across 29 states. Our employees are involved in several annual volunteer activities through out the year.
Absolutely! We believe that together we are better and strive to support causes our team members and customers are passionate about. Throughout the year team members are able to organize and participate in a variety of local and company driven programs that benefit our community partners.
