HR Operations Intern

About the Role

As the HR Operations Intern, you will be an integral part of a high volume, fast-paced HR Operations team. This role focuses on supporting the HR Operations team with processing Team Member files. This position reports to the Manager, HR Operations in the Human Resources Department.

You will

• Organize team member files, ensuring only proper documentation is present and file is ready to be processed
• Scan team member files to HR Operations Teams site
• Upload team member files into Workday HCM
• Shred and discard paperwork

You will come with 

• Strong attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to learn new things quickly and proactively seek out answers to questions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
