About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Program Manager, Merchandising Technology, to join our Merchandising Analytics and Technology team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will support Project Fusion, our enterprise-wide transformation initiative focused on modernizing our merchandising and supply chain systems by building modern, scalable software. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and bring a strong foundation in project/program management. This position reports to the Vice President, Merchandising Analytics and Fusion, and will collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Technology, and Store Support Center teams. 

You will

  • Provide tools and support for visibility & communications on status, progress, issues at program level and across the various components of the program
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, business leaders, and technical stakeholders to drive scoping and planning for projects
  • Track and report on progress on a wide range of initiatives within Fusion, escalating key decisions and risks as necessary
  • Communicate with business users, program leadership, and Total Wine executive leadership team on Fusion program updates, timelines, risks, and key decisions
  • Work with business leaders and product owners to ensure all Fusion workstreams have robust documentation and QRGs that are easily accessible to business users
  • Define and track KPIs to measure business value and benefit realization
  • Facilitate change management as new Fusion tools are rolled out

You will come with

  • 7–10 years of experience in project/program management, or related roles
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Experience supporting large-scale system transformations (e.g., ERP implementations, process redesign, system migrations)
  • Proven experience leading and facilitating meetings, taking notes, distributing project updates and tasks, following up and following through to ensure project deliverables and issues are addressed on time
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Retail or merchandising experience is a plus
  • Experience working with Product Management and Agile teams is a plus

Pay Range:

$101,520.00 – $171,000.00
