About the Role
Total Wine & More is seeking a Digital Content Producer is responsible for the end-to-end execution and management of digital content across TotalWine.com and the mobile app. This role ensures timely and accurate content deployment, supports marketing and merchandising initiatives, and contributes to the continuous improvement of digital operations. As a key member of the Digital Operations team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Digital Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, Product and UX to deliver seamless and engaging customer experiences. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Operations.
You will
- Own the end-to-end execution of digital content initiatives across TotalWine.com and the mobile app, ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned deployment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in digital content production, providing strategic input on content execution while ensuring adherence to brand and accessibility standards.
- Support the implementation of personalization and localization strategies across markets and customer segments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Digital Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, Store Operations, Product, and UX—to support digital initiatives, while building strong relationships that foster alignment, transparency, and shared accountability for content success.
- Leverage technical expertise to identify opportunities for improving content workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency, and implement scalable solutions for content deployment, version control, and complex content scenarios.
- Continuously refine workflows and drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance speed to market and content quality.
- Orchestrate a seamless digital consumer journey by proactively testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing content performance across platforms.
- Demonstrate agility in a fast-paced, evolving environment by managing shifting priorities and responding to ad-hoc requests with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to the evolution of operational best practices to ensure quality and compliance.
You will come with
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in digital content production, preferably in eCommerce or an omni-channel environment.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and content publishing workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
- Basic understanding of HTML, WCAG ADA compliance, and SEO best practices is a plus.
