Associate II, Email Marketing Strategy

About the Role

Total Wine & More is looking for an Associate II, Email Strategy to join our Marketing team onsite in our Bethesda, MD office. This role is responsible for tracking the execution and requirements of the email campaign process, setting and managing deadlines for multiple stakeholders, and identifying process risks to help drive measurable success in the email channel. You will work closely with the Lead Email Strategist, the Director of Email Marketing, and cross-functional partners across digital, merchandising, and marketing, supporting important business goals for the entire organization.

You will

• Track monthly email promotions calendar and assist in determining campaign audiences, prioritization, and coordinating email requests from stakeholders
• Execute documentation of creative briefs: sharing details on strategy, testing plans, and segmentation. Evaluate the needs of the Creative and Email Production teams, communicate those needs to leadership, and document resolutions
• Execute tracking and requirements of multiple ongoing email campaigns. Including ensuring timely delivery of clear directions and required creative assets to both the Creative and Email Production teams
• Maintains weekly reporting on email campaign tracking to share with Marketing leadership

You will come with

• 1-2 years marketing experience OR Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in marketing or a related field
• Strong project management skills, and the ability to influence without authority
• Proven abilities in communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and organization
• Desire to learn and grow in the retail email marketing space
