About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Lead, CTV and OLV Advertising to join our growing Marketing team onsite in our Bethesda, MD office. As the Lead, CTV and OLV, you will develop and execute CTV and OLV advertising strategies to drive performance, leveraging data-driven audience targeting, media optimization, and budget management. Oversee campaign execution, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize impact and efficiency across digital video channels. You will report to the Director of Paid Social, Display and Affiliate Marketing.

You will

• Develop and execute audience targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine segmentation
• Supervise agency on CTV/OLV launches across all platforms
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners like Local, Grand, and Brand Marketing teams ensures alignment and maximizes impact across initiatives
• Develop dynamic creative treatments with agency
• Analyze CTV/OLV performance to optimize strategy and improve campaign effectiveness
• Design and execute testing across CTV/OLV across ad formats, audiences and video lengths
• Manage budget allocation across channels, ensuring efficient spend distribution to maximize ROAS

You will come with

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus in OLV, CTV, Display Advertising.
• Budget & Performance Optimization
• Multiple years of experience CTV & OLV Platforms (YouTube, Hulu, Roku, Amazon, etc.)
• Strategic thinking of Audience Targeting & Segmentation (1st & 3rd Party Data)
• Experienced with Media Buying & Negotiation
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Understanding of Measurement & Attribution (MMMs, Incrementality, MTA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and messaging.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
