Senior Analyst, Digital Operations

About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Operations to join our Digital Operations team onsite in our Bethesda, MD office. You will help analyze and improve the efficiency for digital orders, pickup and delivery across the country. You will work with partners from different departments and take ownership of new projects internally that could lead to expanded operations. You will learn many aspects of operations, logistics, and project management while putting your skills to work. You will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Operations.

You will

• Process day-to-day operational reporting supporting Digital order fulfillment, including delivery, curbside pick-up, in-store pick-up, and shipping
• Assist in troubleshooting custom and third-party software solutions and leverage their capabilities to drive operational efficiencies and field execution
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze corporate, field and store feedback to provide effective solutions
• Assemble data, collaborate and make enhancements to programs and seek out solutions to barriers
• Facilitate strategic, cross-functional, highly visible projects within time, cost, scope and quality requirements
• Develop store communications that are accurate, clear, and concise
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for Store Operations Projects

You will come with

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
• 1-4 years of experience as an analyst preferred
• 1-4 years of experience driving KPIs in Total Wine & More Stores
• Ability to influence others without direct authority.
• Fluent in MS Excel (building pivot tables), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize and drive positive results against specified goals.
• Experience with BI tools, including PowerBI or Tableau a plus.
