About the Role
Total Wine & More is seeking an Associate Analyst, Labor Demand Planning, to join our Digital Merchandising team in our Bethesda, MD office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-visibility team that partners closely with field leaders and store managers across the organization. Utilizing trends in sales, units sold and transactions, the Demand Planning Analyst evaluates individual store labor demand and ensures the appropriate amount of labor is provided every week. The Analyst will respond to store inquiries to review labor forecasts via a Help Center ticket system. The Demand Planning Analyst is also responsible for generating and sending weekly performance reports to the Store Operations department and field leaders. You will report to the Manager, Workforce Management in our Bethesda, MD office.
You will
- Evaluate labor demand by hour/day on a weekly basis for multiple markets, ensuring each store’s labor demand is following trends in sales, units sold and transactions.
- Perform forecast vs. actuals performance to determine if future forecasts are appropriate or need adjustments.
- Run and send weekly reports on store performance compared to forecasts.
- Deliver PowerPoint slides on a weekly basis for Store Payroll performance meetings.
- Monitor and respond to Workforce Management Help Center tickets and general inbox inquiries, responding to stores within two business days with resolutions.
- Find ways to improve the process and create lean reporting processes.
- Participate in seasonal holiday store support in November and/or December, working directly alongside store team members for a minimum of 5 days during the holiday season.

$62,640.00 – $88,004.80
