About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Store Operations who will facilitate operational projects and data-driven decisions for multiple business channels. Working with Ops, IT, and partners, you will drive the implementation of business process enhancements to improve productivity in the stores, reduce costs and provide technical solutions driving through technical enhancements that improve store processes. You will be a conduit between the Field and the Store Support Center and gain working knowledge of Total Wine & More's operating and inventory systems. You will report to the Manager, Store Operations and work onsite at our Bethesda, Maryland headquarters.

You will

  • Oversee daily operational reporting functions supporting Store Operations.
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, and leadership to develop and implement technical and business process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize custom and third-party software to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Manage data and collaborate on program enhancements to solve operational barriers.
  • Gather requirements, perform cost/benefit analyses, and lead project deliverables (e.g., documentation, process maps, test cases).
  • Create and deliver process improvements and training to end-users within company guidelines.
  • Develop reports using SQL and PowerBI to provide insights for major Store Operations projects.
  • Availability to do out of state travel up to 25% of the year and work some nights and weekends when needed.
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs and climb a ladder.

You will come with

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
  • 1-4 years Reporting analyst experience preferred or
  • 1-4 years Total Wine & More Corporate reporting analyst experience (Power BI, SQL, SIP, X-Store POS or APEX)
  • Advanced skill level in Power BI & Excel (perform data analysis and report development) required.
  • Business process improvement skills and methodologies (e.g., BPR, Six Sigma, CMMI).
  • Understanding of querying relational databases using MS Access or SQL.

PAY RANGE: $75 – $85K

Pay Range:

$70,470.00 – $114,400.00 Annual
