About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Reporting Analyst, Store Operations to join our Store Operations team in Bethesda, MD. In this role, you will support reporting, analytics, and operational enhancements that help drive field productivity, optimize scheduling and labor utilization, and improve overall store performance. You will work closely with partners across Store Operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams to produce accurate reporting, analyze operational trends, and contribute to projects that streamline store processes. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your analytical skills and grow within a fast-paced retail environment. You will report to the Director, Workforce Management & Analytics.

You will

  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and dashboards that track key operational and workforce performance metrics.
  • Execute SQL queries and use reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to translate operational data into clear insights that support business decisions.
  • Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses to identify trends, highlight performance opportunities, and support key operational initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide reporting and analytical support for field leaders and operations programs.
  • Contribute to the execution of new tools, reporting enhancements, and process improvements designed to increase field efficiency.
  • Support field teams with data interpretation, ensuring reporting accuracy and accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as process maps, use cases, and testing plans to support system enhancements and operational improvements.

You will come with

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than 1 year Experience reporting or business analyst experience (experience with Power BI, SQL, SIP, X-Store POS, or APEX preferred).
  • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with reporting software such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience querying relational databases using SQL or MS Access.
  • Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:

$62,640.00 – $88,004.80 Annual
